The price, the credits or period it buys, the renewal interval, and the renewal price are shown on the purchase screen before payment. Renewal is at the same price as the initial term; we do not run an introductory rate that increases later.
You can cancel at any time from Account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves access in place until the end of the period already paid for. No cancellation fee applies.
Credit packages are consumable digital goods and are generally non-refundable once credits have been spent. Unspent credits from a purchase made within the last 14 days can be refunded on request. Credits do not expire while the account is active.
If a paid generation fails, the credits are returned automatically. If a generation completed but is unusable, contact support with the item and we will review it. This is handled as a credit return rather than a card refund.
Contact support before raising a chargeback. Duplicate or unrecognised charges are refunded in full once identified, normally within 5 business days of the request.
Email the billing address listed on the Contact page with the account email and the approximate date and amount. We acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 10.
